These are the terms of use that apply to the coupon offered.

Use of the coupon 

The discount granted by the coupon is valid from December 01, 2022 to January 31, 2023, unless prematurely cancelled in accordance with these Terms of Use. 

How to use the coupon

Simply make a purchase on the Forecast-Pens.com website on an eligible product and pay with a Visa or Mastercard or PayPal. The coupon provided in the communication channels of the Forecast-Pens company will allow you to get a 10% discount only on the range of pens of the brand Waterman present on the site.

Enter the Coupon Code when prompted during the checkout process. The discount will be applied automatically. The number of uses per person is limited to one time during the defined period.

Terms of use of the coupon

1. This offer is intended for Forecast-Pens.com members who are 18 years of age or older and is only valid for these coupon recipients.

2. Coupon may only be used within the Allowable Use Limits. The coupon is valid from the date you receive or view the coupon until the End Date, unless cancelled early in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3. This coupon is valid only when you pay with a credit card, Visa or Mastercard and PayPal.

4. The coupon must be used in a single transaction. When you use the Forecast-Pens shopping cart, it can only be used to purchase items covered by the coupon. The discount applies only to the products you purchase. It does NOT include associated shipping and handling fees.

5. During the checkout process, enter the coupon code when prompted. This will give you the corresponding discount on the product(s). This discount does not include the associated shipping and handling charges or any taxes not included in the price of the item.

6. The coupon can only be used for the purchase of eligible items. This coupon may be used exclusively for a purchase that complies with Forecast-Pens Terms of Use and Rules.

7. This coupon may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, special offers, gift certificates or any other promotion.

8. This coupon has no cash value of its own and is personal to the Forecast-Pens member who received it. It may not be assigned or transferred in any way.

9. This coupon is null and void where prohibited by law.

10. If you are entitled to a refund for any of your purchases made with, among other things, a coupon, the refund amount will not include the coupon or its redemption value. You will not be entitled to a refund in an amount greater than your Purchase Price.

11. Forecast-Pens reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel this coupon promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances that, in Forecast-Pens' opinion, require it to do so, including any violation of Forecast-Pens' Terms of Use or Forecast-Pens' rules and regulations.
